Heavy snow will overspread the Sherburne refuge this afternoon, with
4 to 6 inches of snow expected. Strong WNW wind gusts will develop
this evening behind a surface low. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be
possible for much of tonight.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent). Slight chance of snow
                    late in the morning, then snow and slight
                    chance of freezing rain in the afternoon.
Temperature.........20 at ignition...Max 28.
RH..................100 percent at ignition...Min 88 percent.

                    ignition...otherwise South winds 5 to 6 mph
