.DISCUSSION...

A few isolated showers are possible this morning just south of the
burn site although greater confidence for rainfall exists for
showers and potentially a isolated thunderstorm this afternoon
mainly after 3 PM. Partly cloudy skies today with southerly winds
remaining near 5kts becoming SE after 5 PM. RH at ignition time
will be near 90% then falling to the lower 70 to upper 60 percents
early this afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (45-55 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon. Chance of showers and thunderstorms
                    late in the afternoon.
Temperature.........62 at ignition...Max 78.
RH..................90 percent at ignition...Min 67 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds south at 6 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    South winds 5 to 6 mph in the late morning and
                    early afternoon becoming light. Gusty and
