.DISCUSSION...

Good morning, for the Regal Flats South RX burn. The main
challenge will be the light and variable winds this morning.
A surface high pressure is overhead, with nearly calm
conditions across the region as of 800 AM.

As we get to mid-morning closer to ignition time, the winds
will start to take on a more east/southeast direction, and
this trend will continue into the afternoon. Confidence in
wind direction and speed is pretty high after 1200 PM.

Later this evening, clouds will increase and rain showers
should develop. The highest chance for rain will be near
