At 958 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking heavy rain and minor
flooding.

Locations impacted include...
  Winnebago, New Richland, Ellendale, Minnesota Lake, Geneva,
  Hartland, Freeborn, Easton, Delavan and Matawan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Rainfall of 2 to 4 inches have fallen and additional rain is
forecast. Urban and small streams may flood due to this rainfall.
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for the possible
issuance of additional flooding statements for warnings.
