...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN BENTON AND NORTHEASTERN
STEARNS COUNTIES UNTIL 1215 PM CDT...

At 1149 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
near Avon, or 16 miles northwest of St. Cloud, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Joseph, Collegeville, Albany,
  Avon, Rice, St Wendel and St. Stephen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
