southern Stearns and central Kandiyohi Counties through 930 AM CDT

At 900 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles west of Spicer, or 7 miles north of Willmar, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Willmar and New London around 905 AM CDT.
  Spicer around 910 AM CDT.
