At 238 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ellendale, or 15 miles south of Owatonna, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Blooming Prairie, Ellendale, Geneva, Hollandale, Steele Center, and Bixby. This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 20 and 33. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
