* WHERE...Blue Earth, Faribault, Freeborn, Martin, Steele, Waseca,
  and Watonwan Counties.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down
  tree branches.
