URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.Another round of snow is forecast to move across the Dakotas and
into southwestern and southern Minnesota by tomorrow afternoon.
Snowfall totals of 3 to 5 inches are expected generally along and
south of the Minnesota River to Mankato. Counties along I-90 could
see amounts closer to 6 inches depending on where the heaviest band
sets up.
