.DISCUSSION...
While lake effect rain showers are expected to end over the NW wind
belts today, given the cooler air remaining over the area early this
week, generally light winds, and somewhat moist conditions at the
sfc, no fire weather concerns are expected over the next few days.
Another shortwave low is expected to bring additional rain showers
and non-severe thunderstorms to the area late Monday through
Tuesday; while a wetting (0.10-0.20") rainfall is expected over most
of the Upper Peninsula, ensembles do hint at some spots getting over
an inch or more with this event.
