.DISCUSSION...
After the last of the rain showers associate with the warm front
move through this morning, expect a dry period late this morning to
early this afternoon across the area as warm, moist air allows highs
to get into the mid 60s in the east to lower 70s in the west; expect
min RHs to only drop into the 60 percents by this afternoon ahead of
an incoming cold front. Said cold front pushes west to east this
afternoon and evening, bringing showers and non-severe storms along
it; best chances for rain are in the east half of the U.P., with
most of the rainfall expected being just a few hundreths to a couple
of tenths. That being said, a few spots could see up to a half inch
or more of liquid.
