The formation of a strong lake effect band impacting the central UP is expected late tonight, bringing heavy snowfall rates of 1-2"/hr. Another round of moderate to heavy lake effect snow is expected on Monday, but confidence with this round is lower regarding timing and placement. Winter Storm Warnings Continue through Monday.
