  Lake Superior East of a line from Manitou Island to Marquette MI
  and West of a line from Grand Marais MI to the US/Canadian Border
  Beyond 5NM from shore...
  Lake Superior from Grand Marais MI to Whitefish Point MI 5NM off
  shore to the US/Canadian border...

At 1009 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 13 nm south of
The Eastern Lake Superior Buoy to 36 nm northwest of Grand Sable
Dunes to 24 nm east of Stannard Rock, moving east at 35 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
