  Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts
  up to 30 kt and waves 7 to 12 ft expected.

* WHERE...Marquette to Munising MI and Munising to Grand Marais
  MI.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 10 PM EST this evening. For
  the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
