* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with
  gusts up to 45 kt and waves 6 to 9 ft occurring. For the Small
  Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt
  and waves 6 to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Central, Eastern and Western Lake Superior.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 AM EST Thursday. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
