* WHERE...Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal MI, Upper
  Entrance of Portage Canal to Eagle River MI and Eagle River to
  Manitou Island MI.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 11 AM EST this morning. For
  the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 7 AM EST
  Thursday.
