...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT EDT /11 PM CDT/
TONIGHT TO 10 AM EDT /9 AM CDT/ WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 24 expected for inland
  areas of central and western Upper Michigan.

* WHERE...Baraga, Delta, Dickinson, Iron, Marquette, Menominee,
  Gogebic, Ontonagon, and Southern Houghton Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight EDT /11 PM CDT/ tonight to 10 AM EDT /9 AM
  CDT/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly. Those that have in-ground sprinkler systems should
drain them and cover above-ground pipes to protect them from
freezing.

  for inland areas.

* WHERE...Alger, Luce, Northern Schoolcraft, Southern Schoolcraft,
  Keweenaw, and Northern Houghton Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
