...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and
  16 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 30 to 40 mph, with
  gusts up to 50 mph along the shores of Lake Superior.

* WHERE...Iron and Marquette Counties.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes
  as well as Thanksgiving holiday travel. Gusty winds could bring
  down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow accumulations of fewer than 8 inches
  expected south and east of Iron River and Amasa as well as south
  of Gwinn.

  12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 30 to 40 mph, with
  gusts up to 50 mph along the shores of Lake Superior.

* WHERE...Alger, Delta, Luce, Northern Schoolcraft, and Southern
  Schoolcraft Counties.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
  commutes as well as Thanksgiving holiday travel. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches.

  Superior.

* WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning
  commutes as well as Thanksgiving holiday travel. Gusty winds could
