TO 7 AM EST /6 AM CST/ THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 17 and 30 inches, greatest in areas of higher terrain.
  Winds gusting as high as 55 mph, highest in the Keweenaw and near
  Lake Superior.

* WHERE...Baraga, Gogebic, Keweenaw, Northern Houghton, and
  Ontonagon Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ this evening to 7 AM EST /6 AM
  CST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning
  commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage resulting in power
  outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with

  between 8 and 22 inches, highest amounts in the terrain of western
  Marquette County, lowest amounts near Lake Superior and the far
  southern portion of the county. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph,
  highest near Lake Superior.

* WHERE...Marquette County.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening
  commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage resulting in power
  outages.

* WHERE...Delta, Luce, Northern Schoolcraft, and Southern
  Schoolcraft Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Wednesday to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
