...FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR SOUTHEASTERN SEVIER COUNTY...

The heavy rain has ended. Life threatening flash flooding is no
longer expected. However minor areal flooding on area creeks may be
possible over the next couple of hours. As such, the flash flood
warning has been replaced with a flood advisory for that reason.
