...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT TODAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Greene, Hancock and Hawkins.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1051 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    showers and earlier thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing
    or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Rogersville, Baileyton, McCloud, St. Clair, Romeo, Kepler,
    Klondike, Jearoldstown and Treadway.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
