.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions will continue through Monday, while mild temperatures
will persist. Widespread rain chances, a few storms, and gusty
mountain winds will return Monday night through Wednesday
morning. Drier and colder by Thanksgiving.
Wind gusts up to 40 mph are possible across the highest elevations
of the east TN mountains, and possibly foothills, Monday night
into Tuesday night. Most of our area have at least an 80%
probability to see at least 0.25 inches of QPF from Monday night
through Wednesday. Southern areas, south of Knoxville, have
probabilities of around 90% of seeing at least 0.5 inches of
rainfall.
