.DISCUSSION...


Dry conditions are expected again today with winds shifting to be
generally from the southwest. RH values are expected to drop to
near or even below 30 percent for portions of southwest Virginia
and northeast Tennessee. Breezier winds are expected on Saturday
with winds increasing more in the mountains Saturday night. Rain
will not arrive for many places until Sunday morning.
