.DISCUSSION...

Southwesterly winds will increase through the day, generally to
around 10 or 15 mph with gusts over 20 mph. Relative humidity
values will be generally around 50 percent. Tonight, winds will
increase across the mountains with gusts up to 50 mph expected
after midnight. Rain will gradually move into the region during
the morning hours but with winds staying elevated across many
places.
