.DISCUSSION...
Current radar trends (as of 745 PM EDT) suggest that the rain will
move north of the SAR area by 815 PM EDT. Also seems doubtful there
will be any lightning through that time as well. Rain chances will
significantly decrease afterwards and expect dry conditions during
the overnight hours. Friday will be very similar to today, with
afternoon showers and thunderstorms building over the Smokies by
early to mid afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Rain showers
                    likely and chance of thunderstorms in the
                    evening. Slight chance of rain showers
                    overnight.
Chance of pcpn......60 percent.
Min temperature.....Around 58.
Max humidity........100 percent.
Dewpoint............56.
Surface winds (mph).Northeast winds around 5 mph shifting to the
                    east 6 to 7 mph early in the evening, then
