...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT MARION COUNTY THROUGH 945 PM
CDT...

At 851 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Stevenson, or 8 miles west of Bridgeport, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Jasper, South Pittsburg, Whitwell, Kimball, Orme, Martin Springs,
Fiery Gizzard State Park, Sequatchie Cave, Foster Falls State Park,
and Haletown (guild).

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
