.DISCUSSION...
Idaho (Zones 102 and 103): A band of rain will continue to impact the
region, especially southern 103, this morning. A trough of low pressure
will be the dominant feature for the next couple of days causing cool
and showery conditions. A ridge is expected by the first part of next
week causing a warming and drying trend.
Northwest MT (Zones 104 and 105): A trough of low pressure will be the
dominant feature over the region the next couple of days causing cool
and showery conditions. A secondary disturbance is expected Saturday
into Sunday which will enhance the precipitation along with causing
significant snow in the higher terrain especially around Glacier
National Park. A ridge is expected during the first part of next week
causing a warming and drying trend.
West Central MT (Zones 106, 107 and 108): A band of rain will continue
to impact the region today. A trough of low pressure will be the
dominant feature for the next couple of days causing cool and showery
conditions. A ridge is expected during the first part of next week
causing a warming and drying trend.
Southwest MT (Zones 109, 110 and 111): A trough of low pressure will be the
dominant feature over the region the next couple of days causing cool
and showery conditions. A ridge is expected during the first part of
