showers and a round of gusty winds. Wetting rain chances are near
40 percent but overall precipitation amounts are expected to be
light in the form of an inch or two of snow. Winds quickly
diminish this evening as do any left-over showers.

Drier conditions and lighter winds are anticipated for Tuesday.
Mixing heights and transport winds will be lower as well.
