the west and a high pressure ridge is centered east of the fire.
Southeast gusts of 15-20 mph will develop this afternoon following
inversion breaks, with gusts continuing overnight on midslopes
and ridgetops. Winds will turn southerly Friday, with gusts near
15 mph in the afternoon.
