.DISCUSSION...The only change for Monday`s forecast is the introduction
of showers or thunderstorms between 4 and 6 pm. Erratic winds to 35
mph, lightning and a brief downpour are possible. Besides that it will
continue to be hot and dry. Very poor humidity recovery Monday night
with temperatures near 70 and RHs in the lower 20s in the thermal belt.
Slightly hotter and drier on Tuesday with general terrain-drive wind,
though a bit of easterly component in the morning and late evening.
These general conditions are expected to peak on Wednesday. A slightly
stronger easterly wind is possible Wednesday night that could linger
into the day Thursday and Thursday night. Speeds will generally be less
than 20 mph, though couldn`t rule out stronger on the ridge-tops. There
is a chance for showers and thunderstorms by this weekend, but only a
23 percent probability for a wetting rain (greater than 0.09").
