...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Kootenai/Cabinet Region and West Glacier Region.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM MDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur in the higher
  elevations and in the channeled terrain especially in the canyons
  on the western sides of the Lewis Range in Glacier National Park,
  Whitefish Range, Swan Range, Purcell, Cabinet and Salish ranges.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. It could be dangerous for
boaters on area lakes.

* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Flathead/Mission Valleys.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM MDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur near the
  mouths of east-west oriented canyons and along Flathead Lake.
  Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power
  outages are possible.
