* WHAT...The onset of accumulating snow rates of 3/4+ inch per hour.

* WHERE...Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM CST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Band of heavy snow that has a history of
  producing 1"/hr snowfall rates will continue to move east towards
  the terminal this afternoon. The onset of the heaviest rates are
  expected around 3:30 PM local time. Observations to the west of MSP
  are reporting visibility less than 1/2 mile due to falling snow.
  The heaviest snowfall rates will continue through 6 PM before
  gradually relaxing later this evening.
