Northwest fresh to strong breezes prevail into Thursday as rough
seas continue to build across the northern outer waters. Coastal
waters by the Big Sur coastline may have decreased visibility due to
smoke from the Timber Fire. Visibility impacts due to haze is
possible across the rest of the coastline. A long period southerly
swell gradually increases from 15 seconds to 17-19 seconds by the
end of the week.
