...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM PST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Line of intense storms will bring heavy rainfall to the
  Pickett Fire Burn Scar for the next two hours (1AM PST 17 November
  2025). Flooding is likely with the potential for flash flooding to
  occur if particularly intense rain rates occur. The main band of
  rain will reach the Pickett Fire Burn Scar shortly with flooding
  to occur as rain rates intensify.

* WHERE...Pickett Fire Burn Scar in Napa County.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1052 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.2 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in flooding
    and the potential for flash flooding if particularly intense
    rain rates occur. This product may be upgraded depending on
    observed rain rates.

    Mainly rural areas of West Central Napa County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Move away from recently burned areas. Life-threatening flooding of
creeks, roads and normally dry arroyos is likely. The heavy rains
will likely trigger rockslides, mudslides and debris flows in steep
terrain, especially in and around these areas.
