.DISCUSSION...Winds will shift to a moderate offshore breeze this
weekend across higher elevations of the interior. These winds will
usher in warmer and drier conditions through mid-week. The minimum RH
will drop below 30% across the North Bay Interior Mountains, but
moderate wind speed, relatively mild temperatures, and higher
than normal fuel moisture will mitigate fire weather concerns. The
next round of rain is likely next weekend.
