.DISCUSSION...The marine layer begins redeveloping today as a
ridge brings a drying and warming trend to the district into the
weekend. Weak offshore flow is possible on Saturday morning,
particularly in the higher elevations of the North and East Bay.
By Monday, a dry upper level low moves into the region, deepening
the marine layer and keeping temperatures near the seasonal
averages through mid week.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
