.DISCUSSION...Cooler and moister conditions are expected through
the weekend as an upper level low comes through the district.
Breezy winds behind a passing cold front will continue through
Friday evening before diminishing overnight. Weak offshore flow
develops over higher terrain Friday night through early Saturday
morning, with some nocturnal drying possible above the marine
layer Saturday night through Sunday morning. As the low moves to
the east, temperatures should rise near to slightly above seasonal
averages for the middle of next week.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
