.DISCUSSION...The marine layer will be around 2000ft today and
gradually compress to about 1000-1200ft over the next day or so.
This means cooler weather continues through Thursday, with a
slight warming trend occuring into the weekend. Those within the
marine layer`s influence have minimal fire weather concerns, while
those above deal with poor daytime humidity retention followed by
poor to fair overnight recoveries. Winds remain onshore through
the forecast period with diurnally breezy winds expected across
mountain gaps/passes, ridgetops, and within valleys.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
