THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS DUE TO OFFSHORE MORNING WINDS AND POOR
OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY RECOVERIES...
.DISCUSSION...A high pressure system will move in from the west
resulting in a compressed marine layer through late week and the
weekend. Hot and dry conditions will prevail over much of the
district. Night and morning coastal low stratus and fog will remain
confined nearest the coastline, mostly mixing out each afternoon.
Expect poor overnight recoveries in the higher elevations at least
through late week.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
