.DISCUSSION...Fire weather concerns are expected to remain low
despite offshore flow, strongest at higher elevations. Even with
the potential moderate offshore flow at times this afternoon at
higher elevations, minRH values are expected to remain above 25%
area wide. RH recoveries gradually improve through the middle of
the week before improved onshore flow arrives late in the week
into next weekend with increasing rain chances.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
