.DISCUSSION...Seasonable weather with cloudy and cool nights,
clearing skies for interior locations mid to late morning, and
breezy afternoon and early evening onshore winds are expected.
The marine layer is expected to be around 1500-2000 ft today,
and may compress some tonight. Expect good to near excellent recovery
with in the marine layer and moderate to poor recovery above it.
High temperatures increase a few degrees each day, placing us to
seasonal to seasonably warm by the weekend.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
