...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Warmer temperatures today and tomorrow will coincide with easing
winds relative to the past couple of days. Min RH values in the
teens across southern Monterey and San Benito counties will result
in concerns for grass fires. Increasing onshore flow for the end of
the week into the weekend will result in better RH recovery,
including inland. Gusty winds at higher elevation Friday and
Saturday will be accompanied by higher Min RH values than we`ll see
today and Wednesday.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Northwesterly afternoon winds will continue to be breezy for much
of the week and accompanied by low afternoon RHs between 15 and
25%. Warmer and dry conditions are forecast Tuesday and Wednesday
in the interior. Stronger winds are forecast Thursday and Friday
afternoons for the interior, and while min RHs may see minor
improvements (20-30%), fire weather conditions will remain
elevated. RH recoveries remain moderate to good through the week.
Cooler temperatures and weaker winds expected next weekend.
