Seasonable weather with cloudy and cool nights, clearing skies for
interior locations mid to late morning, and breezy afternoon and
early evening onshore winds are expected. The marine layer is
expected to be around 1500-2000 ft today,  and may compress some
tonight. Expect good to near excellent recovery with in the marine
layer and moderate to poor recovery above it. High temperatures
increase a few degrees each day, placing us to seasonal to
seasonably warm by the weekend.

Warm and dry conditions continue this week. Afternoon  RH`s remains
low, into the teens or 20s, while overnight recoveries  remain good
in the valleys and moderate to good in the higher  terrain.
Afternoon northwesterly breezes are expected in the interior valleys
today through Friday, with gusts up to 20-25 mph possible in the
valleys and gusts to 30-35 mph possible in the highest terrain.
