.DISCUSSION...Diurnal patterns prevail at the project site with
the chance for some low clouds overnight into each morning,
followed by sunny skies through the afternoon and evening hours.
Winds will likewise remain light and terrain-driven in the morning
before a gentle southwest breeze develops in the afternoon, with
complex terrain at the project site potentially impacting the
local winds. Daytime humidity retention is fair, while overnight
humidity recoveries remain good to excellent. The marine layer
remains compressed through Wednesday and Thursday before an
incoming trough deepens it again Friday into the weekend.
