.DISCUSSION...Mild conditions and cloudy skies prevail for the
rest of the day. Winds will remain light with the large scale
flow blocked by the ridge on the west side of the project site.
Winds from the east are unlikely during the forecast period. Wednesday
will feature deteoriating conditions with an approaching storm
system bringing high humidity retention and the chance for
isolated showers over the project site. The most intense rains and
strongest winds arrive late Wednesday into Thursday morning, with
1.5-2 inches of rainfall and gusts up to 40 mph possible.
