.DISCUSSION...High pressure remains in place, with one last hot
day expected at the burn site today. Dry conditions will also continue
to prevail, with day time humidity dropping to around 10 percent.
These dry conditions will combine with gusty northwest winds to
bring elevated fire weather concerns to the burn area through
today. While we do expect some recovery tonight, this recovery
will be poor, as humidities only improve into the lower 30
percent range.

Cooler conditions will develop at the burn site for Sunday and
continue through at least the first half of the work week, as a
upper level low cuts off from the main follow and slides south
across the Central Coast Sunday night into Monday. However, as
this upper level low slides south along the coast Sunday night
into Monday, a period of offshore winds, potentially triggering a
nocturnal drying event, in which humidities could fall below 10
percent.
