.DISCUSSION...A pattern change late today into Monday will lead to
warm and dry conditions for the rest of the week. Light and
terrain-driven winds overnight into the morning will lead to a
large-scale gentle to moderate west to northwest wind during the
afternoon and evening hours. Complex terrain near the project site
can significantly impact local wind effects. Daytime humidity
retention is fair to poor, but overnight humidity recoveries are
good.
