winds than observed today. Light winds in the morning are expected
to increase to around 15 mph in the afternoon. While unlikely, there
is a chance that the disturbance causes the marine layer to deepen
enough to bring overcast skies to the burn site in the early morning.
If these clouds are present, smoke dispersion will be shallow until
late morning when the sun comes out.
