.DISCUSSION...Hazy skies this morning will give way to increasing
clouds this afternoon and evening, as a weak disturbance will
move inland across Northern California later today and tonight.
Onshore winds will increase this afternoon as well, with gusty
conditions developing over the burn site. Expect daytime and
overnight humidities to gradually improve over the next 24 to 48
hours as well, with gusty onshore flow prevailing.
