.DISCUSSION...A surface to lower level trough of low pressure will
steadily develop over the north Central Coast Tuesday and Tuesday
night. This will result in a cooling offset to the temperatures
that may not be apparent at first Tuesday, but it should by later
in the day with an onshore wind Tuesday and Tuesday night. This
pattern development will help increase humidity with good to very
good recoveries Tuesday night to Wednesday morning.
