.DISCUSSION...Thursday should start off fairly moist, as a weak weather
system moves towards the region, supporting support for drizzle and
perhaps even a few pockets of light rain. Accumulation looks to be a few
hundredths of an inch, with the marine layer deepening to near 3000ft. The
burn site should be socked in with clouds through the morning hours, with
clearing skies anticipated by early to mid afternoon. Winds have a slight
offshore component for early Thursday morning, but will be onshore by
late morning or early afternoon. Onshore flow continues, and the RH
recovery is expected to be near excellent.
