.DISCUSSION...A Small Craft Advisory is in effect from 3 AM Friday
through 3 AM Saturday due to strong NW winds.The combination of
moderate southerly swell and a new moon are causing tides to be
nearly 1 foot higher than normal. In addition to the southerly
swell, a moderate to fresh NW wind this afternoon will gradually
increase to a strong breeze by Saturday. The marine layer has
returned, and cooler weather will continue through the weekend.
